Repacking
There will be a repacking charge of $3.00 for any item not purchased in standard packing quantity. Packing description for items are listed in the description of the product.
Pricing
Prices are FOB Factory and are subject to change without notice. All orders shipped to Florida will be subject to a state sales tax.
Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, all order will ship Fed Ex or UPS ground shipment. LTL (truck) shipments will ship via best Common Carrier (Truck). Customer must provide some one to assist driver with unloading of the merchandise. Drivers are not obligated to unload freight. (HINT. The right attitude with the driver should produce positive results) No merchandise will be send to a P.O. box - Residential address will have a higher freight charge - Freight charges are only for with in the US.
Return
No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from LT Display.when approved , a return merchandise authorization number or RMA will be issue. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped back at customers expense and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All returns must be ship back in the orriginal carntons A Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the return label. Custom made & special order are NOT returnable. In the event that a return is authorized it will be send by company check.
Claims
Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be noted on receipt at the time of delivery and must be reported to LT Display within five (5) days of receipt of goods. We will extend every courtesy in assisting to resolve a claim. However, our legal responsibility ends when the goods have been transferred to the carrier. If your order was shipped via truck, you must file a claim directly with the trucking company. If shipped by Fed Ex or UPS, please contact our Customer Service Department. Claims for concealed damage or shortages must be reported to us within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Please do not refuse shipments. Any discrepancies will be rectified by immediately calling our Customer Service Department at (305) 884-4700.
